Shells

Dry, uncooked pasta shells, the same style we use at our pasta bar. Curved cups catch sauce, cheese, herbs, and small bits of vegetables or meat, making every bite full and saucy. Bronze-cut and slow-dried for a rougher surface than typical supermarket pasta, helping sauces cling better.

Cook time: 8–12 minutes in salted boiling water
Best with: Creamy sauces, tomato sauces, baked pasta, pasta salads
Texture: Tender, cupped, sauce-catching
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water
Storage: Cool, dry place. Reseal after opening.
